This product is exactly what I wanted. All of the specs and descriptions are correct and accurate. The print quality is very high, and I am happy that I spent extra time to find a 4k+ resolution image. The surface feels great during use as well. Customer service was quick, direct, and personal. Thank you!

The customer service reps helped me get a completely pink mousepad for my desk. I’m working towards it being entirely pink someday. The mouse glides very smoothly over the mouse pad and it matches the rest of my decor, but isn’t too visually busy. Thank you for a great product.

Just received my custom mousepad and happy with the final product! It’s very smooth and the print quality is amazing. Excellent customer service as well (Jiuson, you are the best) during a hiccup with the shipping courier that deemed my mousepad was lost during transit but managed to found it and delivered. X-Raypad was willing to resend it again without paying the same amount if it did not get delivered.
Definitely will purchase another in the future!

This is an absolutely fantastic product. As an Aqua Control+ ROB fan and owner, I was ecstatic to discover that there is a service to customize the print on the mouse pad. The print quality is just as good as the others have said and the quality overall is amazing. I am showing off the mouse pad to all of my friends. Super happy customer!
