On our template, there are helper guidelines already placed on the mat. Make sure in your editing program you have guides turned on to see them. (DO NOT add 1/4″ solid color trim)

I contacted x-ray for a very specific request – custom size and printing in the AC+ material, which can’t be purchased directly from the site. The team – and Suki specifically – were extremely helpful and answered all the questions I needed to create a very specifically formatted image that would work with the printing and cutting process without losing the edges of the images. The service I received (and final cost) was phenomenal, and the result is the absolutely gorgeous mat you see here. Big thanks to the x-ray team – I can’t recommend them (or the AC+ mat) enough!

… and I’m rarely impressed. Order two of the largest pads they offered. Quality is great. Thick and soft and comfortable to work on.
The images is very good. My fault, I may have given them too low of a quality image to blow up to size. Make sure your custom image is of high enough quality. If you think it’s good enough… go bigger.
I will most definitely be purchasing another one.

Pros:
– Dimensions are exactly as advertised, did not expect dimensions to be exact down to the millimeter, but in my case it is.
– Customer Support was extremely good, good communication and made sure image was what I wanted.
– Stitched edges aren’t too high compared to some other brands.
– Resolution of photo on final mat is good.
– Shipping time is about as expected (ordered 11/21/2021, actual mousepad was done in less than 1 day after confirmation (11/23/2021), and after shipping it arrived in the US on 12/10/21.)
Cons:
– Surface is a bit rough, but still much better than any random mousepad.
– Print color is just slightly off from original image(slightly more purple than expected), but that might be due to room lighting and natural lighting of my own room.
Overall, if you were considering getting a mousepad for a table with very specific dimensions, I highly recommend this option. The Aqua Control might be a better mousepad, but there are fewer options for sizes. In my case I wanted a mousepad that perfectly covered my desk.

I ordered this product for a 34×24 inch play mat for a card game and the finished product looks incredible. It’s well printed, very high quality with a great stitched edge. As soon as I reached out with my photo I wanted to use I received a follow up within a day and from there x-ray’s customer service gave me consistent communication and updates for my order.
Will absolutely order again for any mousepad or playmat needs.
